We found the home/land of a lifetime. We already had enough for a down payment and time was of the essence, due to market inventory, rising interest rates, etc. No time for a conventional sale of our current home. Roger and his team were amazing. they bought our house right away for a very fair price. The whole process took hardly any time at all. We were able to snatch up our new home right away by not having to wait to sell our current home or incur two mortgages. Considering all the scams and fraud occuring in this day and age, I was personally hesitant in the new style offered by Roger and his team.  Ultimately, I evaluated the offer (full financial disclosure was promptly provided), I asked an unlimited number of questions as to how the process worked (once again ethical, moral, and legal information was provided right away).  Finally we agreed to terms and set a closing date (which was processed on the date agreed upon).  If anything, the only lagging part of the transaction was due to my my personal doubts.  Fortunately, the process has been seamless and his team has proven to be top-notch.

I have personall closed on several properties throughout the years and have never seen this much efficiency from a real estate team.
