Considering all the scams and fraud occuring in this day and age, I was personally hesitant in the new style offered by Roger and his team.  Ultimately, I evaluated the offer (full financial disclosure was promptly provided), I asked an unlimited number of questions as to how the process worked (once again ethical, moral, and legal information was provided right away).  Finally we agreed to terms and set a closing date (which was processed on the date agreed upon).  If anything, the only lagging part of the transaction was due to my my personal doubts.  Fortunately, the process has been seamless and his team has proven to be top-notch.

I have personall closed on several properties throughout the years and have never seen this much efficiency from a real estate team.
